Content may contain typographical or other unintentional errors.

Permitted Use of Content
Subscribers may use the content provided solely for personal, informational purposes. No part of this box or its content may be reproduced, transmitted, or used for any purpose other than personal learning. This includes prohibitions on electronic or mechanical copying, downloading, or recording. The right to use the content is limited and does not imply any license or rights beyond those expressly granted by these Terms and Conditions. Defective Product Policy
All products undergo quality checks before shipping. If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, please send an image of the defective product to 8685 3002 via WhatsApp within two days of receiving the training kit.

Non-Refundable Policy
Once payment is made, cancellation of the Pattern Thinkers subscription or training program is strictly not permitted.

Media Release Consent
In consideration for participation, subscribers grant Norman Tien & Neuromath the right to use their child’s image, name, or statements in all forms of media, including composite or modified representations, for any purposes worldwide and in perpetuity. No compensation will be provided for this use, and subscribers waive any right to review or approve the use of these representations or associated written copy.

Release of Liability
Subscribers release Norman Tien & Neuromath from any claims related to the use of their child’s image, name, or statements, including claims of defamation, privacy infringement, or copyright infringement. While the company may credit the subscriber’s child and/or the subscriber, it is not obligated to do so.

Terms and Conditions Updates
Norman Tien & Neuromath reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Activation of Money-Back Guarantee
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee begins one day after the subscriber receives Box 1.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, students must attempt all exercises for lessons 1 to 4 in the workbook and submit all four weekly assignments for Box 1.

Performance Requirement
Subscribers must demonstrate that the Pattern Thinkers program has not provided measurable benefits, specifically that the child cannot achieve systematic thinking as shown by an inability to list the 24 permutations of a 4-digit number.

Guarantee Conditions
The Money-Back Guarantee will be voided if:

• 31 days have passed since receipt of Box 1.
• The four weekly assignments are not submitted weekly.
• Box 2 has been opened (seal torn off).
• Refund Deductions
